A blend of Canadian whiskies (corn, rye, wheat and malted barley), finished in ice cider casks, which reveals a sweetness that is as elegant as it is unexpected.
Six symbols are engraved on the Blend 01b label. Each evokes a gesture, a material, a stage of transformation — from raw grain to glass.

Brilliant and clear, with beautiful transparency and marked viscosity. The legs descend slowly and evenly, a sign of maturity and balance.
A delicate and refined bouquet, combining subtle aromatic complexity with perfect harmony. Sweet vanilla, light caramel, and toasted oak. Canadian rye contributes spicy notes, balanced by the cereal roundness of wheat. Aging in ice cider casks adds a subtle fruity touch of apple and pear in the background.
A smooth and enveloping attack, marked by the honeyed sweetness of corn, balanced by the spices of rye and a peppery touch. On the mid-palate, caramel, toasted oak, and light fruity notes emerge. The wheat brings roundness and suppleness, while the corn whisky provides structure and warmth.
Medium to long, it unfolds with warmth, revealing an elegant persistence of oak, vanilla, and sweet spices. A subtle touch of tart apple caresses the palate, never dominating—leaving room for a sensation that is both long and harmonious.
The ice cider that flavored our specially chosen casks to refine Blend 01b comes from Val Caudalies — a vineyard and cider house in Quebec whose ice cider is made with the same rigor as our whisky.
